In the lead-up to our 10th birthday, we want to show our appreciation for our Premium users by offering a limited-time deal: Premium users will receive a 10% discount on their Zap-Pay charging sessions.
This special discount, available from Tuesday, 23rd July to Tuesday, 6th August, coincides with the start of the school summer holidays, allowing drivers to get out and about and saving money on charging.

How to Take Advantage of the Discount
To benefit from this limited-time offer, simply ensure you’re a Zapmap Premium user and pay for your charging sessions through the app. The discount will be applied automatically and appear on your receipt.
Please note that we have a fair usage cap of 50 kWh per month for any charging discount, so users going above the limit will not receive the normal 5%, or promotional 10% discount until the cap resets on the first of the following month.

Terms and Conditions
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the standard 5% discount.
- The promotional period is Tuesday, 23rd July to Tuesday, 6th August.
- During the promotional period, Premium subscribers (existing and new) will receive a 10% discount on the kWh price when paying for charging via Zap-Pay, up to a usage cap of 50 kWh per month.
- After the promotional period, Premium users will revert to the standard 5% discount detailed here
- This 10% discount is inclusive of the 5% off available to all Premium subscribers as part of their subscription.
- A single usage cap will apply, covering all discounted charging completed within the month.
- If you exceed the usage cap, or cancel your Premium subscription, you can continue to use Zap-Pay but charging discounts will no longer be applied.
- The usage cap will reset on the 1st of each month.
- There are no additional charges on top of your subscription to Zapmap Premium.
- The 10% discount only applies to the kWh cost and connection fees. If the discount is applied to an additional fee e.g. parking or overstay, we will notify you via email and send you a payment link for the monies owed to be paid..
- The total amount saved will be shown on your receipt, which will be sent to your registered email address on completion of your charging session. You can also view this by selecting the charging session in the ‘Zap-Pay history’ section of the app, located within the Settings menu.
- The discount will be applied once the charging session is complete, and the price shown pre and during charging sessions will not reflect this discount.
- Zapmap reserves the right to remove users who are suspected of foul play (e.g. unpaid sessions), or to end the discount at any time.
- The discount does not apply to AllStar users.
