The Zero Emissions Vehicle Summit is set to take place at Birmingham’s International Conference Centre on 11th September 2018. Bringing together policy makers, industry experts, and opinion formers from around the world, the summit will look to tackle carbon emissions and air quaity issues.
Linked to Cenex-LCV – which takes place the following day – the Zero Emissions Vehicle Summit aims to keep the UK at the vanguard of electric vehicle development.

Pitched as the world’s first zero emisison vehicles summit, Transport Secretary Chris Grayling commented: “The government is committed to meeting our climate change targets and cleaning up our air and to help achieve that we are investing £1.5 billion in ultra-low emission vehicles by 2021.
“This ground-breaking event shows Britain leading the way in developing the new technology that will create new jobs and help improve the air we breathe.”
