Congratulations on purchasing your electric car, and welcome to Zapmap – an electric experience awaits!
As a retail customer, you can enjoy three years of Zapmap Premium for free with your new Nissan electric car*.
Zapmap Premium helps you plan quicker and drive smarter. You can search for chargers, plan routes and pay for charging – all in one app. And with Premium you can access Zapmap using your car’s touchscreen through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, as well as other additional features such as enhanced filter options and the ability to plan and save unlimited routes.

How do I access my Zapmap Premium subscription?
Step 1 – Create a Zapmap account
To access your free three-year Zapmap Premium subscription you will need to have registered for a Zapmap account.
If you are yet to create an account, setting one up is easy.
Download the iOS or Android app and register.
Step 2 – Activate your subscription
Once you have an account, please go to redeem.zap-map.com/nissan.
Log in to your account, then enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) for your new vehicle to activate your offer.

Step 3 – Download the app and log in
If you’ve not already downloaded the app, go to the App or Play Store to do so.
Once downloaded, open ‘Settings’ and ‘Log in’ at the top of the screen.
Step 4 – Access Android Auto or Apple CarPlay
Apple CarPlay
You will need an iPhone or iPad running a minimum of iOS 14 installed, and an Apple CarPlay compatible in-car device.
Once you connect your Apple device to the CarPlay unit, Zapmap will become available within Apple CarPlay alongside the other Apple CarPlay compatible apps you have.

Android Auto
You will need an Android mobile or tablet, running a minimum of Android version 6.0 (a more recent version may be required, dependent on device). Connect your Android device to your car, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Your phone might ask you to download the Android Auto app or update to the newest version of the app.
The Zapmap app should appear automatically on your in-car screen or head-unit display.
