TotalEnergies, a European leading Charge Point Operator (CPO), has partnered with Zapmap as a payment partner to simplify the EV charging payment experience across London and beyond.
With more than 2,700 operated charge points across the UK, TotalEnergies is one of the leading CPOs in the Greater London area. Zapmap users can now pay for charging quickly and easily in the app at TotalEnergies charge points, in addition to the tens of thousands of other locations already integrated into the payment solution.
TotalEnergies joins an ever-growing list of Zapmap payment partners throughout the country, extending to more than 25 networks and covering 37,000 devices, across on-street, destination and en-route charge points, with more being integrated all the time.
Zapmap users can add a credit or debit card and use it to pay for EV charging, providing a simple way to pay across networks from within the familiar Zapmap app. The payment solution was launched with a mission to include all the key charge point networks across the UK and means drivers can avoid having to use different payment methods across various charge point operators.
Drivers paying with Zapmap are also able to view their charging history, receive live status updates and download receipts to track their spending. They can also use both Apple Pay and Google Pay on all devices that accept payment through Zapmap.
